Refund Policy


Refund Policy. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 3 days. Items returned after 3 days but before 30 days will be granted exchange only. All returned items must be unaltered from their original condition/state.

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated at your local Customs.

It is the BUYER'S responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate any local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. The Onliest Store is not responsible for confiscated or undeliverable goods.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at info@store.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
